Big Biz sees Illegals as lucrative market – Commentary by Jim Dean
Dear legal Americans,
This has been going on a while. The trend behind it is that "denying illegal
aliens anything is not morally right, nothing but racial discrimination"...therefore correct thinking people must do
all in their power to correct this imbalance. The prosecutor below did not agree and is using state RICO laws to go
after them. Needless to say the realtors pocketed some nice commissions. The buyers also tend to overpay for the
property due to the 'special' loan help they are getting.
I had a will client recently who was helping her Mexican husband's brothers
buy a house in her name, but at 14% interest. Mind you she and hubby were living in a rented house. Go figure. She
seemed a bit unhappy when I told her that 14% was highway robbery...and that she should also make sure she was not
getting scammed with an inflated appraisal.
In other states local governments are pushing these types of loans openly. And
Businessweek has a big
spread this week on how major companies are going after the huge 'illegals' market. They are out of
the closet. This indicates that they feel that middle America is asleep enough on this issue that they don't have to
worry.
Put more bluntly, they feel they have won, so it's cash-in time with the
ropes off. Any moves to threaten their new market will have them pounding on their Congresscritter's doors demanding
protection. They are betting they can beat any grass roots opposition with the insider momentum that they have. Like
the lobster put in the pot under a slow flame, we are on our way to the dinner table.
As I have often said, the longer true Americans sit back and wait to take
these folks on the harder it will be to beat them. What we are doing now is selling our kids out. They will NEVER be
able to beat these people. Our education system will see to it that they don't even want to bother. Our children have
been the flanks they have overpowered to win the long term war.
They learned this from the PC masters who have been playing this game for
decades, from the Frankfort School Marxists that came over from Germany (kicked out actually) to the current Holocaust
example, where American kids cannot name who the Allies were, or even one WWII combat plane. But they all know about
the Holocaust. By the way, most don't know what service their granddads fought WWII in, and almost none know his unit
or any of the major campaigns he fought in.
As the old folks die off, many of whom don't feel that the heritage fight is
something they should disturb their old age with (this goes for a lot of vets, too), they are being replaced by kids
who will not only be no opposition to heritage cleansing, but will actually be troopers working to help with the
clean up.
'American heritage for sale. Do I here a dollar ?? A peso?'

DA Scott Storey Indicts Three in Mortgage Scheme
DA Scott Storey Indicts Three in Mortgage Scheme
Jefferson County District Attorney's Office
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Date: July 11, 2005
District Attorney Scott Storey announced today that the First Judicial District Grand Jury in Jefferson and Gilpin Counties has returned an indictment charging Ricardo Medina, Nancy Rios, and Perla Alvarado with violations of the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act, a class 2 felony.
According to the indictment, Medina, DOB: 9-26-73, of Lakewood, is a realtor who conducted his business from offices located in Lakewood, Colorado. Rios, DOB: 11-19-65, of Thornton, and Alvarado, DOB: 9-4-80, are Denver-area loan officers.
The indictment alleges that it was the regular practice of Medina, aided by Rios and Alvarado, to sell single-family homes to persons who, because of their citizenship or financial circumstances, were not qualified for home loans.
According to the indictment, the defendants were able to obtain loans for the unqualified buyers by creating false documents concerning the homebuyer's identity, employment and credit history, and then submitting these false documents to legitimate mortgage lenders.
Transactions in the initial indictment involved loans for 33 homes, totaling 6.5 million dollars.
The investigation that led to the indictments was conducted by the Gaming Unit of the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. The Gaming Unit began its investigation after receiving complaints from a Colorado casino that unknown persons had forged documents which stated that the homebuyers were employed by the casino.
The investigation is expected to go on to other realtors and loan officers who are alleged to be involved in conduct similar to that described in the July 7 indictment.
The investigation to date has demonstrated that the number of individual homebuyers across Colorado who have obtained properties in this manner is likely to be in the thousands, far exceeding the scope of state and local criminal justice resources. As their identities are established, the information will be forwarded to both the appropriate federal authorities and to the mortgage lenders for such further action as they deem appropriate.
All three were arrested today and are scheduled to have a first appearance before a judge tomorrow, July 12, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. in courtroom 1B of the Jefferson County Courthouse. Medina is being held on $40,000 bond and for Rios and Alvarado bond was set at $250,000.
Jefferson County District Attorney Scott Storey praised the CBI's Gaming Unit for the successful completion of the initial indictments, calling the agents' work in the case "a model of complex crime investigation."
