Hate Crimes & Secret Testimony: Big Win in Canada – Commentary by Jim Dean

Dear folks,

One of the ways the phony human rights tribunals in Canada have been legally lynching people is through 'secret testimony' and blocking the questioning of tribunal employees. It's easier to get someone to lie or twist the facts if you can promise them no exposure. Horrible things have happened up in Canada via this travesty. And yes, a certain ethnic group dominates these tribunals, funded by the taxpayers. And they make sure they target their ideological opponents.

They are trying to set up the same deal down here in America using the 'Hate crime' laws as the camel's nose in the tent. Again, they lead with a feint...extra punishment for anti-gay language, etc., ....but the ultimate goal is to criminalize any criticism of Israel or the Jewish lobbies as an 'act of hate'...a felony...and again, prosecuted via tax payer funded law enforcement. Anything else the elite thought police decide is 'hate'...well, that will be verboten, too.

In the United States, we have the Sixth Amendment to address the 'secret testimony' rules, right? Wrong. As always, these 'nice sounding' laws are an attempt to go around and over and supercede the Constitution. Hate Crimes laws are an attempt to repeal the First Amendment, plain and simple. And don't think for a minute that they won't tack on overrides of the Sixth Amendment (and others) as they see fit.

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence." --Sixth Amendment, U.S. Constitution

American Christians have already been charged with these hate laws for counter-demonstrating at a gay parade in Philadelphia, but an appeals court unanimously overturned the charges. And yes, a prosecutor that was a member of the Anti-Defamation League (Jewish Lobby...they write the hate crime legislation word for word) filed the charges. They were trying to set a precedent case. National media reported virutally nothing about this. There was C-SPAN and a few exceptions. We can thank Rev. Ted Pike for spreading the story via the talk radio shows he did, mostly on Christian radio.

That brought the national Christians into the fight, where they had not been before as long as it was someone else's neck getting stretched. With their support the creeping expansion of hate crime laws toward the above goal has been for now delayed (make no mistake, they'll be back). But it was a good example how the politicians who carry water for the Lobby pushing these 'creeping' laws like them to stay under the radar. All the organized Christian phone calls spooked them.

I would like to tell you that the veteran orgs are active in opposing things like this, but they are not. It's like they live in a different world and the part of the oath about defending the Constitution '...from domestic enemies...' was not really in there. On an individual basis I find many vets are concerned, but at the organization level that disappears to zero.

But that is understandable. The vet orgs did nothing about the Walter Reed mess, even though the individuals had been talking about it for several years. This led to the joke that the best way to neutralize vets from being activists on anything is to put them in a veterans org. That is a bit of a stretch but there is some fire in that smoke. I just hope we can do better. The country really needs us now, to stop the planned invasion just for starters.

Oath of Enlistment & Oath of Office

"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." --(Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962)
"I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God." --(DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)

Any law by any name, however nobly named, that supercedes, defies or undermines the U.S. Constitution is an attack on the Constitution. The Constitution has a defined amendment process that does not include judicial fiat nor legislative or executive override.

America, its Constitution, the liberties of its people and the rule of law are under attack... from domestic enemies...and they plan to bring in a lot of reinforcements to support their deceptive language and hidden agendas.

Everyone who has ever served in the U.S. armed forces has taken an oath similar to the ones shown above. Same goes for every elected official, state or federal, every member of the federal judiciary, every officer of the federal government and on and on. How many will honor their oath? How many will bear "true faith and allegiance" and stand up to support and defend the Constitution?

Huge Win for Marc Lemire: No Secret Testimony for Rights Commission Employees

A very quick note:

The ruling just came down on the CHRC's attempt to ban me from seeing WITNESSES IN MY OWN HEARING in Ottawa this week.

Member (Judge) Athanasios Hadjis threw the entire motion out and ruled everything in my favour. No special security! No secret hearing .... No banning ME.

None of the draconian measures the CHRC demanded were granted.

The CHRC witnesses will not be allowed to testify from some remote secret location via video conference, etc. The CHRC witnesses have to testify and reveal themselves to me and the pubic in an OPEN hearing.

The CHRC asked to limit the questions for the CHRC witnesses, because the "operations of the commission" would totally break down. Member Hadjis refused to limit the examination of CHRC employees!

The only thing Hadjis ordered is the public are not allowed to bring cameras into the room. (This is a standing rule in any hearings anyhow)

The CHRC spent a lot of time and money on this motion. Thousands of pages they submitted. Their motion was so big it came in TWO boxes.

Both Barbara Kulaszka and Paul Fromm responded with fantastic and crisp argments. The CHRC was left in the dust with the strength of our arguements.

AND WE WON!!!
